About the Opportunity
A global technical instrumentation organization is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Central U.S. This is an opportunity to own and build a high-potential territory while selling sophisticated Power Quality and Test & Measurement solutions.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop new business, grow strategic accounts, manage independent sales representatives, and directly influence the organization's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Drive new business and expand strategic accounts
- Manage and develop independent sales representatives
- Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training
- Support new product launches, trade shows, and regional marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting
- Travel throughout the territory to support customers and sales representatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience developing new business and strategic accounts
- Experience managing independent sales representatives, distributors, or channel partners
- Strong technical presentation and product demonstration skills
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- CRM experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
- Willingness to travel 50–80%
Preferred: Test & Measurement, Power Quality, electrical, industrial, utility, or manufacturing sales experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
Territory: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Compensation: $170,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) + competitive benefits package.
